Machining
In-house capabilities include CNC machining, turning, ID/OD grinding and thread grinding to support manufacturing of complex components and assemblies.
Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul
Over 2000 sq. ft. has been set aside and dedicated to FOD controlled activities including turnkey repair and overhaul services.
Design, Stress Analysis & Reverse Engineering
Engineering services are available for the design and analysis of our core aerospace and military products as well as machine design, all supported by an in-house licensed Professional Engineer.
Assembly & Test
Advanced product validation capabilities including efficiency and backlash testing for gearboxes, ballscrews and actuators. We are accustomed to creating test equipment specific to individual products or platforms.
ABOUT
BGT Aerospace LLC performs design, manufacturing, assembly and test of mechanical actuators, gear boxes and related mechanical components with a focus on military aerospace hardware. Combined, we have over 30 years of experience in reverse engineering, overhaul, organic design, manufacturing, enhancement and repair of mechanical actuators and ball screw assemblies. Our knowledge of these products and their associated technical, contractual and quality requirements make us uniquely suited to provide customized solutions.
PRODUCTS
Ballscrews & Actuators
BGT's specialty in ballscrews is built upon years of experience leading programs for the development and manufacturing of aerospace ballscrews for critical applications such as flaps, slats and landing gear, primarily on military platforms.
Mechanical Components
Precision machined components for aircraft, ground support equipment and related military platforms.
Test Stands
Custom test stand design and fabrication to suit specialized requirements. Capabilities include load, backlash, life and efficiency testing of ballscrews and gearboxes.
QUALITY
BGT Aerospace is ITAR registered and has an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Over the next year, we will work to continuously improve the QMS toward AS9100D registration in the near future.
We are capable of inspecting complex parts and assemblies with calibrated, NIST traceable equipment which includes a CMM.
